CruiSe tRiaL RuN

As spoken this is a "dry run" of the "Grand Honeymoon Cruise ". We arrived at Port Klang after around 2hrs ++ drive. There was a huge crowd at the check-in counter. So, as 'VIPs', I left the queuing up to the "small potatoes" while Dada & I went around snapping pics.

We had to wait till around 6.30PM to finally get our key cards and it's mandatory that we fill in the membership application form. Since membership is free & it will help increase the membership database..we went ahead...

Doing our part to increase membership database + our cabin key cards

After queuing up to clear custom, we finally got a full view of the ship, which of course, isn't as magnificent as the other fleets in the Star Cruise family, but well..not bad for now. We posed to take a pic, with the evening sunset in the background, as well as the ship, it makes it even more obvious that we look good together..;)

A beautiful match made in Heaven

The check in procedure was simple at the entrance of the ship. The scary thing was that we had to leave our IC with them while on board, which to me, I feel abit uncomfortable. After checking in, the 1st thing we did was check out our room. I expected it to be small but not really THAT small. It was a double decker, with a small tv hanging mid air, and the toilet is the exact same as a toilet in a plane. This is a far cry from the "balcony-seaview-king sized bed" romantic cruise that I want. Well, I'll have to get that treatment from Star Cruise's bigger fleet of ships. Not Wasa Queen!

Later on, we went for dinner. The buffet had a GREAT variety of sumptuos food. The service was fast & good. We filled up & waited for the ship to start its journey @ approximately 8PM. The "entertainment" centres open @ around 9.30PM. We both do not "game" so we just took our time, loitering around & watching other ppl "game". We went to the outer deck area, which we initially had wanted to find a spot to do the "Titanic" thing. However, there wasn't a suitable place for it so we didn't get to do it. Hehehe...the rest of the nite was spent walking around, having buffet supper & watching a bit of tele (as I couldn't miss Amazing Race).

We finally had a bit of sleep at around 4AM & b4 I know it, it's time to wake up for breakfast & check out! It was really short...but sweet as we spent out 2Y9M anniversary on board. As I said b4, this is just a dry run of what a REAL GRAND HONEYMOON CRUISE will be...Dada, hear that??

Ta da~~That's the end of our 12hr cruise experience!
